What is included with the camper rental?
Each camper comes equipped with basic kitchen supplies, toilet, shower, bed sheets, balnkets and cleaning equipment. Additional items like camping chairs or bike racks may be available for rent.

Do I need a special license to drive a camper?
A standard driver's license is sufficient for our campers.

What is the mileage policy?
Rentals include a set number of free kilometers per day. Extra kilometers are charged at 0.75 CHF/km

What are the pickup and drop-off times?
Pickup is from 3 PM, and drop-off is unitil 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee.

Can I bring pets?
Pets are welcomed in our campers with an additional cleaning fee of 49 CHF per trip. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date are fully refundable. However, if you cancel with less than 14 days' notice, you will be required to pay 20% of the rental price.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via TWINT, cash, bank transfer or Bitcoin. If you pay 30 days before check-in, you receive a 2% discount. Payments made with Bitcoin receive a 6% discount.

What are the insurance options?
Our rentals include basic insurance, covering liability against others.
